Breeder Drops Two Dinner Clips

Breeder has released two new clips ahead of its October 28 release. Both come from the film’s uncomfortable dinner table scene, Dread Central reports.

One clip is titled “Russell Joins for Dinner” and the other is “Eating Dinner in the Dog House.” In the first, Patti offers to fund broke college student Russell’s research if he joins her breeding scheme. In the second, Patti orders a young woman to take off a dog mask and join the other “breeders” at the table.

Breeder follows an eccentric poodle breeder who lures a broke college student to her remote ranch with a promise of research funding. There is, of course, a catch.

Dot-Marie Jones plays Patti, with Daniel Doheny, Maddie Phillips, and Tanaya Beatty rounding out the cast. Alex Goyette wrote and directed the film, his feature debut.

Breeder opens in theaters and on Shudder October 28, through IFC and Shudder. It is rated R.
