Dark Christmas Trailer Reveals Killer Santa

A new trailer is out for Dark Christmas, a Finnish slasher built around a killer dressed as Santa.

Dread Central reports that the film, directed by Keke Soikkeli, follows an influencer named Katariina at a Christmas gala held at a secluded manor. A stand-in Santa gets publicly humiliated at the party, and he responds by going on a killing spree through the manor, forcing Katariina to fight for her life while confronting some of her own past along the way.

Dark Christmas has already been picked up for genre showcases Rojo Sangre in Buenos Aires and Obscura in Berlin. EuroObscura is bringing the film to AFM for sales, and it opens in Finnish theaters this December.
