Ethan Hawke Hosts New Horror Podcast

Ethan Hawke is reteaming with Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill, the team behind Sinister, for a new horror podcast called Midnight Radio. Bloody Disgusting reports the first episode arrives October 22.

Hawke plays the host of a conspiracy-themed, late-night AM radio show. The serialized series runs nine episodes, with new installments dropping every Thursday at 3am ET on the iHeartRadio app and other podcast platforms.

The cast also includes Noah Centineo, Willa Fitzgerald, Vincent D’Onofrio, Levon Hawke, Austin Pendleton, and Hubert Point-Du Jour.

Derrickson and Cargill co-wrote Sinister together, and this marks their first project with Hawke since that film. Going audio-only for Midnight Radio is a deliberate throwback to old-time horror radio drama, timed to launch right before Halloween.
