Killer Bee Movie Stung Wraps Filming

Production has wrapped on “Stung,” the killer bee creature feature starring Justin Long. Deadline reports Odeya Rush, Annarah Cymone, and Neela Jolene have joined the cast alongside Long and Iris Apatow.

The film follows four teenage girls whose sleepover turns into a survival nightmare when they get trapped inside a luxury Orange County home that’s been overrun by a swarm of Africanized killer bees. Long plays Derek, a neighbor. The supporting cast includes Teddy Parker, Kayln Harper, James Baccile, Tom DeNucci, Kea Ho, and Rob Goon.

Colin Minihan, who directed Grave Encounters and Extraterrestrial, is behind the camera. He’s described the film as tapping into a primal fear while also being about friendship and trust under pressure.
