Below Drops New Images Before Premiere

Netflix has released new images from “Below” ahead of the sea-monster series’ October 8 premiere. The photos show more of the cast in the coastal Newfoundland setting where the show takes place.

Dread Central reports the new pictures put more focus on Rohan Campbell, who plays Jay Penney. Campbell is known for “Halloween Ends” and “Silent Night, Deadly Night.” He joins a cast led by Josh Hartnett and Charlie Heaton.

The six-episode limited series follows a fisherman fighting to protect his family and his way of life after a sea creature, which emerged from a melting iceberg, starts threatening his community. He teams up with a marine researcher to figure out what’s actually in the water. All six episodes land on Netflix October 8.
