Beatriz, Ings Join Bacon’s Summoner

Stephanie Beatriz and Daniel Ings have joined Kevin Bacon in the horror movie Summoner. Bloody Disgusting reports the casting, citing a Deadline story.

Summoner follows Jefferson Haddock, played by Bacon, who gets called into an isolated witness protection property to deal with a terrifying demon. Jeremy Slater wrote the script and is making his directorial debut with the film. Slater’s credits include the Exorcist TV series and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.

Beatriz is known for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Ings for The Gentlemen. Neither actor’s role has been revealed yet. Bacon has a long horror resume of his own, including Friday the 13th, Tremors, Flatliners and They/Them.

No release date has been set for Summoner.
