Where The Ring (2002) was filmed in Washington: Rachel's Seattle apartment building and the Deception Pass Bridge.
Most of The Ring (2002) was shot around Puget Sound, including Seattle, Whidbey Island and Monroe.
Harbor Steps Apartments
Address: 1200 Western Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
This apartment complex was used as the home of Rachel Keller and her son Aidan.
Private apartments. The public Harbor Steps stairway runs right beside it.
Deception Pass Bridge
Address: State Route 20, between Whidbey Island and Fidalgo Island, WA
Rachel and Noah drive across this bridge on their way north to find the lighthouse. Traffic on the bridge was paused while it was filmed in December 2001.
